Making Each Moment Count

Recently, I began to ponder the origin of attitude. Individually each moment is. And each person is responsible for their own. And how they react. I have spent an enormous amount of time, choosing to be angry and perplexed over minor situations, that are out of my control. I am just  now beginning to understand how important  it is to choose positive attitudes. It gets a little deeper. How my attitude affects others, the effects of attitude on my physical being and the overall mental and spiritual completeness of oneself. We are so blessed, and if we are so truly blessed, than how are we outwardly reflecting that? In the book of Proverbs chapter 23 verse 7 it says " As a man thinketh in his heart, so is he" We are what we say we are.  It begins in our mind and then manifest into our hearts, Again it says in Matthew 12:34 "That out of the abundance of the heart, the mouth speaks" Let Us chose life today, a life that is full of a grateful attitude, so that in the end we are full of gratitude.
Shalom, Namaste
